At LuxNome, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Defective Products: Items that arrive damaged, defective, or with material imperfections
  • Wrong Items: Items that differ substantially from their description or images on our website
  • Incorrect Fulfillment: Receiving an item different from what you ordered

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Time Frame for Returns

Please initiate returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards or downloadable products
  • Items marked as “final sale” or purchased during clearance events

4. Return Process

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For returns that meet our policy requirements, we refund the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

If your return doesn’t meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to deny your refund or send the item back to you at your expense.

8. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless defective.

9. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

10. European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
