Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failure to collect from a pickup point, etc.), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Missing Packages
